Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to guide patients through oncology access programs, from onboarding to ongoing treatment. You will educate patients, manage enrollments in GSK services, and coordinate with providers to resolve coverage and reimbursement questions.

In this role, you will maintain compliant patient documentation, support transfers to specialty services, and ensure the ethical separation of patient and account activities while traveling up to 20%

Qualifications

• Bachelor0s degree required; 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Experience with payer policy, prior authorization, and denials management preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work with provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff with approved education on oncology access and programs.
• Educate on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing and financial assistance options.
• Guide enrolment in GSK Patient Support Programs and document interactions in CRM.
• Escalate payer issues to specialist access function and leadership when needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation and ensure separation of patient and account-facing activities.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists as required.
