Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based, single point of contact for patients and providers navigating coverage, enrollment, and reimbursement within the Oncology portfolio.

You will educate on treatment access, coordinate with payers, and ensure accurate documentation while supporting seamless onboarding and ongoing care for patients and caregiver stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Able to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Active RN license and BSN preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud, to document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients and caregivers, providing oncology care and coverage education.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes and available financial assistance options.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain accurate case records.
• Escalate payer issues to the specialist access function and leadership as needed.
