Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as field-based SPOC guiding patients and providers through onboarding, access and ongoing treatment journey
  • Educate on payer coverage, coding and payment policies for oncology products
  • Support access case resolution including prior authorization and appeal pathways
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM and maintain records
  • Identify and escalate systemic payer barriers to leadership and specialists
  • Maintain HIPAA privacy and compliance throughout all activities
