Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC for oncology patients, providers, and caregivers, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing therapy support within the assigned territory.

You will educate on payer coverage, help with prior authorization, and coordinate with PAP and back-office teams to resolve access barriers, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and reporting in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff with approved information.
• Educate on coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Support enrollment in PAP and guide through enrollment requirements.
• Document activities in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, patient-confidential communications and records.
