Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the single point of contact for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio in the Worcester, MA area. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing support, coordinating coverage, reimbursement, and program enrollment with approved materials.

You will educate on payer coverage, prior authorization, and cost-sharing, document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud, and collaborate with field teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or insurance navigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology coverage and enrollment.
• Educate on payer coverage, prior authorization, and cost-sharing.
• Guide patients through enrollment in PAP and related programs.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and appropriate data handling.
