Job summary

Arketa is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to own the full migration experience for studios upgrading to Arketa’s platform. You’ll coordinate data migration, training, and go‑live, working with studios converting from Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, Wix, Squarespace, and 60+ others.

62+ partner migrations handled with our Migrations team support; 15–18 studios launched monthly at steady state. Remote-first team across US/UK; UK‑based availability required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or studio/software management.
• You learn software quickly and can become a product expert.
• You can train non-technical studio owners to use a new tool.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding experience for migrating studios — kickoff, dashboard reviews, data mapping calls, and site review through go-live.
• Become a deep Arketa product expert and configure the platform to fit how a studio operates.
• Train studio owners and staff on Arketa for scheduling, memberships, payments, and daily operations until confident.
• Lead data call prep and data mapping calls with partners; validate exported data and keep migration on track.
• Coordinate with Migrations on data cleaning; manage partner relationship and review.
• Manage standard Stripe and billing/autopay transitions.
• Keep pipeline current with accurate stages and call logs; ensure HubSpot data quality.
• Respond to partner emails within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
• Escalate complex migrations to senior onboarders.
• Surface product and process feedback to improve partner experience.
