Job summary

Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. The Onboarding Specialist guides studios through data migration and setup, converting their processes to Arketa and ensuring a smooth go-live.

You'll work with owners migrating from Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, Wix, Squarespace and others, train teams, and support a growing pipeline while thriving in a remote-first team across the US and UK.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating studios from platforms like Acuity, Glofox, Vagaro, Wix and Squarespace.
• Ability to train studio staff and owners on Arketa.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding experience from kickoff to go-live.
• Manage data migration, mapping, and coordination with Migrations team.
• Train owners and staff to run their business on Arketa.
• Launch 15–18 studios per month at steady state.
