Job summary

Markage is seeking Client Onboarding Specialists to join our fully remote U.S. team.

You will guide new Studio Access clients through a clear, professional onboarding experience, ensuring they understand how to work with Markage and are handed off smoothly to their Studio Manager and Client Success partners. You will coordinate kickoff calls, collect required information, set expectations, and manage multiple onboardings with accuracy and calm communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, customer success, account coordination, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client processes without dropping details.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) or higher Professional-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for newly closed Studio Access clients.
• Schedule and lead structured onboarding and kickoff conversations.
• Collect all required client information, access, and materials needed to begin work.
• Set clear expectations with new clients on process, timelines, and communication.
• Coordinate a clean handoff to the assigned Studio Manager and Client Success team.
• Track onboarding progress and ensure no steps are missed.
• Identify and escape any early risks or client concerns quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding status and completed steps.
