Job summary

Hireframe, a remote-first company, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to partner with customers from initial setup through data migration and training.

As the second onboarding specialist, you will help build playbooks with the VP of Customer Success and deliver smooth launches for a high-volume of clients.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of onboarding, training, customer service, or project management experience.
• Experience with data migration & Microsoft Excel.
• Adept at using technology to function remotely with CRM, Slack, etc.

Responsibilities

• Project manage onboarding for 20-40 customers per month via phone, email, and video calls.
• Support customers with data migration via export/import tools.
• Assess customer needs and configure accordingly.
• Train customers and staff on the website's functionality.
• Deliver a world-class customer launch experience.
• Represent customer feedback to Product team and manage escalations.
