Job summary

Markage is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our fully remote U.S. team.

You will lead the practical implementation of Studio Access for new and expanding clients, configuring workflows, gathering requirements, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the client is fully set up for delivery. Collaborating with Client Onboarding, Studio Managers, and internal production teams, you will turn signed clients into fully operational accounts with clear processes, proper access, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client implementation, onboarding, or similar client-facing delivery roles.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; Dex certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for Studio Access clients.
• Gather and document technical, operational, and access requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams to complete setup and configuration tasks on time.
• Ensure tools, access, and workflows are correctly established.
• Maintain clear client communication throughout the implementation period.
• Identify and resolve blockers quickly.
• Complete a clean handoff to Studio Manager and Client Success team.
• Keep records of implementation status and decisions.
