Block is seeking an Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide SMB and mid-market sellers through onboarding, educate on product features, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure fast adoption and go‑live success.

The role emphasizes strategic onboarding, process improvements, and high-volume seller support in a dynamic, customer‑facing environment with opportunities to leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management; customer-facing experience in onboarding is a plus.
• Proven track record of strong performance and consistency in onboarding work (CSAT, responsiveness, quality).
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with reliable delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional in client and stakeholder interactions.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn; ability to apply feedback quickly.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Comfort operating through change and ambiguity with appropriate support.
• Familiarity with project management practices; data analysis or reporting tools (Looker, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Onboarding & Education: lead onboarding strategies and deliver high-quality education to sellers.
• Guide sellers to start transacting with Square quickly and with confidence, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Lead seller-facing onboarding calls and tailor training content; support sellers post-go-live.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant product features and releases.
• Execute onboarding best practices and escalate complex product or technical needs.
• Balance the needs of 20–30 sellers at a time and ensure successful go-lives.
