Job summary

Block’s Global Seller Onboarding team is hiring an Onboarding Expert to guide sellers through rapid setup and adoption of Square’s products. You will deliver high-quality onboarding, tailor training content, and support post-go-live while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to optimize seller success across SMB and mid-market segments.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management experience.
• Strong performance metrics (CSAT, responsiveness, quality).
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and ability to learn; apply feedback quickly.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools (Looker, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong understanding and usage of AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers to start transacting with Square quickly and with confidence, delivering high-quality onboarding and implementation experiences for Square's SMB and mid-market sellers.
• Lead seller-facing scoping and onboarding calls, deliver tailored training content, and support sellers after onboarding.
• Learn and maintain strong understanding of relevant product features and releases, escalate complex needs.
• Balance the needs of numerous sellers (20-30) and ensure successful onboarding engagements.
