Job summary

Block is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist in the United States to guide sellers through onboarding and activation, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.

You will balance 20–30 seller engagements, apply knowledge of product features, and use AI to enhance processes while working in a high-volume onboarding environment. Remote-friendly with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• English fluency plus an additional language (prefer Spanish).
• 2–4+ years in onboarding, implementation, operations, or customer success.
• Proven track record delivering onboarding with solid metrics (CSAT, timely delivery).
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects with reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers to start transacting quickly with tailored onboarding experiences.
• Lead seller onboarding calls and support sellers along their onboarding journey.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of product features and releases.
• Execute onboarding best practices and escalate complex needs to senior teammates.
