Square is seeking a Seller Onboarding Expert to guide merchants through onboarding, educate on products, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption. You will manage 20-30 seller engagements, document processes, and continuously improve onboarding with AI tools and data insights.

This role blends strategic onboarding, project execution, and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management customer support.
• Demonstrated strong performance and consistency in onboarding work (metrics, CSAT, responsiveness, quality).
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers to start transacting with Square quickly and with confidence.
• Lead onboarding calls and deliver training content for onboarding.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of product features and releases; escalate complex needs.
