Job summary

Block is seeking an Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide sellers through onboarding, deliver tailored training, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive successful go‑live. You will learn product features, support upmarket sellers, and improve onboarding processes with AI tools.

You will manage multiple onboarding engagements, maintain clear communication, and stay current on product knowledge across POS, Online, and integrations. Strong written and verbal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management.
• Strong performance metrics in onboarding work (CSAT, responsiveness).
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers to start transacting quickly with onboarding and implementation experiences.
• Lead onboarding calls and deliver tailored training content.
• Learn product features and revisions to provide accurate guidance.
• Escalate complex product or technical needs as appropriate.
• Maintain onboarding tracker with milestones and next steps.
