Job summary

Block is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide Square's SMB and mid-market sellers through onboarding and activation, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver a seamless merchant experience.

You will manage multiple onboarding projects, employ AI to streamline processes, and translate product knowledge into practical guidance while maintaining high-quality training and support throughout the go-live journey.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of onboarding, implementation, operations, or account management experience.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professionalism in client and stakeholder interactions.
• Familiarity with project management practices.
• Strong understanding and consistent usage of AI tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide sellers to start transacting with Square; onboarding and implementation for SMB and mid-market sellers.
• Lead onboarding calls and provide tailored training; support after onboarding.
• Learn and maintain understanding of product features and releases.
• Execute onboarding best practices and escalate complex needs.
• Balance the needs of 20-30 sellers at a time; track milestones and go-live readiness.
• Use AI to improve seller experience and optimize processes.
