Job summary

Inspiration Mobility Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the implementation experience for new customers, turning signed agreements into successful launches by coordinating teams, timelines, and readiness for go-live.

You will lead onboarding projects, manage plans and milestones, and collaborate across functions to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes, while strengthening customer relationships and adoption readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, customer success, operations, or a related role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable leading customer-facing meetings and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactively identify risks and drive projects to successful completion.
• Excellent relationship-building and cross-team collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex information into action plans and updates.
• Adaptable and energized by building processes in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience with project management and AI tools such as Rocketlane, Jira, Salesforce; Claude is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects for new customers from contract execution through go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, implementation timelines, milestones, and customer deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding activities are completed on time.
• Identify risks, dependencies, blockers and drive timely resolution.
• Gather and validate customer requirements, workflows, fleet data, and documentation.
• Coordinate system configuration, data collection, integrations, and service enrollments.
• Plan and deliver onboarding training sessions for fleet managers, administrators, drivers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain onboarding guides, templates, training materials, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding process efficiency and scalability.
