Job summary

Block is seeking a Global Seller Onboarding Specialist to guide merchants through discovery, onboarding, and go-live on our omnichannel platform. You will manage remote and onsite engagements to ensure sellers are properly scoped, educated, set up and trained to realize value from the platform.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering and Product, stay current with product updates, and lead multi-merchant projects while coordinating with

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in a customer-facing role in software implementation, support, sales/account management or customer success.
• Experience delivering multiple complex projects in tech with internal/external clients.
• Previous Project Management experience is expected.
• Experience in hardware installation and network configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an incredible onboarding experience for Sellers and accelerate the onboarding phase.
• Drive onboarding experiences and ensure go-live timelines and deal velocity where possible.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Engineering and Product.
• Master the platform, products, integrations, and ecosystem as a trusted SME.
• Lead multi-merchant projects with competing priorities and allocate resources effectively.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials for internal and external partners.
• Perform data entry and migration tasks for select sellers during onboarding.
• Conduct remote consultations and training for merchants, including hardware/software guidance.
• Occasionally perform onsite training and hardware installation.
• Configure customer accounts, optimize setup, and handle data entry tasks.
