Job summary

Anchor Utility is seeking an experienced Onboarding (Implementation) Specialist to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience and guide implementations of services such as Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery. You will collaborate with your team to set up properties in our billing platform and ensure timely, accurate processes.

The role requires 3+ years in an implementation role, 1-2 years in supervising, and strong MS Office skills, with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role.
• 1-2 years of supervising team members is preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred; strong technical/business acumen for implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure onboarding experience for clients across services (Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, Vacant Cost Recovery).
• Collaborate with team to set up properties in the billing platform and maintain timely, accurate processes.
• Train and present to groups; explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
