Job summary

Anchor Utility is seeking an experienced Onboarding (Implementation) Specialist to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients. You will guide the implementation of Resident Billing, Utility Expense Management, and Vacant Cost Recovery, ensuring properties are set up efficiently in our billing platform.

This full-time role is remote within the United States, offering opportunities to train and lead teams while communicating complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an implementation role.
• 1–2 years supervising team members preferred.
• Prior experience with utility billing highly beneficial.
• Bachelor degree preferred; strong technical and business acumen in implementation.
• Continuous learning mindset focused on process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and manage service implementation.
• Set up properties in the billing platform and ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with team to deploy accurate, efficient solutions.
• Train clients and present improvements to groups.
