Anchor Utility is seeking an Onboarding (Implementation) Specialist to lead client onboarding for our multifamily billing and utility expense platforms. You will coordinate implementation, ensure accurate setup of properties, and guide clients through our processes with clear communication.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in an implementation role, 1–2 years of supervising teammates, and a solid background in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation role.
• 1-2 years of supervising team members preferred.
• Previous experience with utility billing is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation for clients in a remote setting.
• Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Train and present to groups and clients on processes.
