Docketly is hiring an Operations Associate to own a live book of court hearings, coordinating coverage by phone, text, and email. You’ll negotiate fees, triage a fast-moving pipeline, and onboard attorneys, keeping clients informed and the data clean. This remote role is on a Monday–Friday schedule, with performance measured by timely coverage and margin protection.

The position demands strong communication, organization, and a bias for action in a fast-paced legal-support environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized; manage many open items at once without slipping.
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure; you make the call and keep moving.
• Tech-friendly and quick to learn new platforms.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing a live book of hearings.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent gaps.
• Onboard and support attorneys, being their go-to contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status to build trust.
• Log activity, confirm assignments, and keep pipeline accurate.
• Suggest improvements to reduce coverage gaps during daily huddles.
