Copeland, a global climate technologies leader, is hiring an Account Executive for the OEM Cold Chain team. This fully remote role focuses on food retail refrigeration solutions, building strategic relationships and driving year-over-year sales growth across multiple channels.

You will manage accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and travel up to 30% to engage customers and close opportunities, with a base salary in the $60k-$70k range plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Experience in refrigeration or HVAC sales, service, or engineering.
• Strong communication with technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales territory growth.
• Develop and execute OEM refrigeration sales strategies.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at customers.
• Manage Salesforce CRM data and opportunity funnel.
