Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000, with additional incentives available.

• Prior experience in refrigeration areas such as Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, or Product Management.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and executive decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage customer profile, contacts, and opportunity funnel within Salesforce CRM platform.
