Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive to drive sales growth in the US OEM refrigeration market. You will manage account activities, develop business strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customer value across compression, controls, and enterprise services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or technical field required.
Experience in refrigeration Sales, Service, Tech Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing preferred.
Strong communication with both technical and financial decision makers.

Responsibilities

Drive year over year sales territory growth.
Support strategy development and execute OEM refrigeration sales to lower GWP refrigerants.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in territory.
Identify and define growth opportunities across Copeland controls, compression, projects and services.
Own accountability for delivering sales to end-user customers in territory.
Support cross-biz sales of refrigeration products to increase recurring revenue.
Participate in monthly forecast and pipeline processes.
Develop relationships with customer sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing.
Travel up to 30%.
