Job summary

Copeland is hiring an OEM Account Executive for a fully remote role in the United States. You will drive annual territory growth, develop strategies, and execute sales across refrigeration, controls and services for OEM customers.

Expect up to 30% travel and a base salary in the range of $60,000–$70,000 plus incentives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or technical background, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience in consultative selling within HVACR markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field with experience in sales or related roles.
• Knowledge of consultative selling and building executive-level relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales territory growth for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers, including CO2, R290 and A2L solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at customer sites and enterprise buyers.
• Identify opportunities across controls, compression projects, services and enterprise products.
• Manage customer profiles, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce; travel up to 30%.
