Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive for the remote US market to drive territory growth across OEM refrigeration, controls, projects services and enterprise services. You will manage key relationships, define growth opportunities, and ensure revenue through close collaboration with End User and Aftermarket teams.

The role emphasizes delivering sales to multiple OEM customers, developing business strategies, maintaining customer profiles, and frequent communications with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Experience in refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year-over-year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerant solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify and define sales growth opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects services, and enterprise services products for customers in territory.
• Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales related to the end user customers in territory.
• Recognize and close opportunities across refrigeration products to increase recurring revenue.
• Participate in monthly forecast process and pipeline management.
