Job summary

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for its Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. The fully remote role focuses on the food retail refrigeration sector, managing relationships and driving growth across controls, compression, and services.

Expect travel up to 30% to engage key customers and collaborate with internal teams. The candidate will partner with End User and Aftermarket sales, maintain Salesforce opportunity funnels, and develop strategies targeting lower GWP refrigerants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Experience in refrigeration areas: Sales, Service, Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, or Sourcing.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support OEM refrigeration sales strategies to lower GWP solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify growth opportunities across controls, compression, services and enterprise offerings.
• Maintain territory sales for end-user customers in territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on opportunities.
• Travel up to 30%.
