Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking an OEM Program Coordinator to plan, validate and traffic requests from OEM partners, ensuring on‑time delivery and alignment with customer requirements. You will act as a liaison among design, support and business development teams for successful program execution.

The role is remote and reports to the Manager of Compliance and OEM. Target salary is $50,000 annually for US residents, with opportunities to collaborate across North and South America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years in program coordination, project management, manufacturing or OEM environments.
• Able to handle frequent workload changes and competing demands.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OEM program requests from inquiry to production with clear requirements and due dates.
• Serve as main contact for internal teams on program status and updates.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, support, business development and other teams to meet requirements.
