Job summary

DealerOn, Inc. is seeking an OEM Program Coordinator to support planning, validating, and trafficking requests from OEM partners. The role serves as a liaison between internal teams and OEM customers to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with requirements.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in program coordination, project management, manufacturing, or OEM environments.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OEM program requests from initial customer inquiry to production by adding technical requirements and due dates that ensure completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team members regarding program status and updates.
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with design, customer support, business development, and program specialist teams to ensure program requirements are met.
