Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Digital OEM Team Lead in the United States. The role focuses on setting digital strategy, overseeing performance and compliance, and leading a team of Digital Marketing Analysts across OEM partnerships.

You will coordinate with the OEM Program Management team to align digital efforts with client objectives and drive special initiatives, launches, and social campaigns. This is a full-time, remote, salaried position.

Qualifications

BS or BA required.
3+ years of Automotive digital strategy/client support experience.
Proficiency in Google, Microsoft & Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with reporting/measurement tools like Google Analytics.
CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
Excellent communication and ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of OEM Digital Analysts and oversee daily campaign fulfillment and budget pacing.
Set overarching digital campaign strategies and support QBRs and RFPs.
Drive special digital initiatives, launches, and social campaigns for OEM partnerships.
Serve as primary liaison between Digital Operations and OEM Program Management.
Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and digital standards; develop scorecards.
Oversee measurement, reporting, and process automation with Product and Engineering teams.
