Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years experience with OEM dealership groups or similar vendor roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer-facing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for advisory work.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic automotive environment.
• Willingness to travel up to ~75% and work across markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate/field teams and dealership clients.
• Provide consultative recommendations to increase product utilization and retention.
• Deliver on-site consultations 75% of time and remote/phone support 25%.
• Lead monthly KPI reviews with OEM regional teams and present insights.
• Train enterprise customers on Xtime product features and capabilities.
• Support to L2/L3 technical issues for enterprise customers as needed.
