Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Digital OEM Team Lead to steer digital strategy across OEM partnerships. You will manage a team of Digital Analysts, oversee campaign fulfillment, and align digital efforts with client objectives. Lead special initiatives, provide strategic client support, and drive optimization and QBR/RFP delivery.

The role is full-time and remote; candidates must reside in the continental U.S. No time zone preference, with compensation starting at $75,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of Automotive digital strategy/client support experience.
• Proficiency in Google, Microsoft & Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficiency with reporting/measurement tools (Google Analytics).
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication and ownership of projects.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set overarching digital campaign strategies and support QBRs and RFPs.
• Lead a team of Digital Analysts and oversee daily campaign fulfillment and budget pacing.
• Drive special digital initiatives, launches, and optimization efforts.
• Act as liaison between Digital Operations and OEM Program Management for alignment.
• Lead compliance, performance scorecards, and reporting workflows.
• Identify tech gaps and automation opportunities with Product/Engineering teams.
