Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an OEM Account Manager to lead the OEM program with a focus on development, retention, and growth. You will oversee internal and external program communications, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with sales, product, billing, and operations to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in software project, program, and/or engagement management.
• At least 5+ years external client relationship management while delivering on requirements and deliverables.
• Deep expertise in automotive retail solutions and workflows.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and resolve client requests.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical ability with financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for complex client programs.
• Ability to anticipate risks and adapt to changing conditions.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and Visio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business relationship and program service delivery under the agreed scope.
• Lead quarterly and weekly program update meetings and client engagements.
• Collaborate on program financial modeling, projections, and financial deliverables.
• Prepare and present OEM program invoices; serve as escalation point for inquiries.
• Negotiate resources, deliverables, and costs; identify new OEM opportunities.
• Coordinate with finance for forecasting, invoicing, and changes; support SOW and CR processes.
• Partner with product/tech for feature development and prioritization.
• Ensure contractual obligations and compliance with client requirements.
