Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Consultant II to build strong relationships with OEM teams and dealership clients, ensuring customer needs guide priorities and activities to boost retention and product utilization.

The role involves extensive travel (approximately 75%) with on-site and remote work as needed, focusing on consultative recommendations across Xtime and OEM programs to maximize value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or a related combination as stated.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work with OEMs and dealerships.
• Experience working with dealerships or OEMs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with OEM corporate and field teams and dealerships.
• Provide consultative recommendations and actionable insights to drive product utilization.
• Lead on-site consultations and remote support to promote retention and growth.
• Manage travel plans in line with company guidelines and client needs.
• Present quarterly KPI reviews and conduct training and escalation as needed.
