Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a VP, Program Headquarters for OEM Programs to lead the headquarters team of inside sales representatives and account managers contacting franchised dealerships. You will own revenue plans, pricing strategy and campaign execution, while coaching a high-performing team to hit targets and retain customers.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on Salesforce forecasting, and collaboration with OEM program stakeholders to optimize enrollment,

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading an inside sales, account management or dealer-facing sales team with revenue responsibility.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and activity targets through a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual, quarterly and monthly revenue plan for assigned OEM programs and deliver it.
• Set pricing, packaging and promotional strategy for campaigns with OEM program managers.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and retain a team of inside sales reps and account managers.
• Set daily activity targets and hold the team to them; run weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
• Own territory and dealer-list assignments, quota setting and incentive plan.
• Ensure 99.5% retention rate of current clients through excellent customer service.
