DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage OEM relationships across the Western U.S. and Canada from a remote base. You will coordinate with technical and customer service teams to grow accounts, develop strategic plans, and deliver on forecasts.

You will lead pricing, proposals, and negotiations while leveraging your water-treatment knowledge to drive solutions and project activity. Expect travel 20–30%, with annual account visits and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience in account management or commercial sales in water/related markets.
• Experience growing existing customer relationships.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment products and knowing when to involve specialists.
• Strong quotes, proposals, negotiation and forecasting skills.
• Clear communication, organized, collaborative.
• Ability to travel up to 30% across the territory.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for OEM accounts in the West US and Canada.
• Build relationships across purchasing, engineering, operations and leadership.
• Develop account plans to retain and grow accounts and profitability.
• Spot opportunities to expand product use and project participation.
• Add select new accounts based on territory priorities.
• Prepare quotes and commercial proposals.
• Manage pricing discussions and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Involve technical experts for product selection and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with customer service and supply chain to keep orders on time.
• Deliver monthly forecasts and monitor market conditions and competitor activity.
• Visit accounts in person about 8–10 trips per year; travel 20–30% as needed.
