The role focuses on developing new OEM accounts across industrial machinery, automation, HVAC, and related markets, leveraging an established sales organization and provided target accounts list.

• Experience engaging engineering, operations and purchasing teams.
• Proven track record of developing new OEM accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new OEM and industrial accounts in Midwest markets.
• Build strategic prospecting plans and relationships with customers.
• Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, events, and in-person visits.
• Engage engineering, operations, purchasing, and other decision-makers.
• Assess customer applications, challenges, specifications, and needs.
• Present and demonstrate industrial products and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Drive opportunities from prospecting through development and closing.
• Maintain a qualified sales pipeline, track activity, and provide forecasts.
• Partner with Account Managers and internal teams to develop new opportunities.
• Share industry insights to support growth across markets.
• Track new-account development, customer engagement, opportunities, and closed sales.
