The candidate will own account planning, pipeline, and CRM in Salesforce, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product teams to win new business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering, business or related field with proven OEM sales experience.
• Experience selling drives, automation or related industrial solutions.
• Success in hunting new business and growing revenue in OEM markets.
• Familiarity with VFDs, automation, HMIs, and related ABB portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs.
• Develop 1–3 year growth strategies and map decision-makers.
• Own account planning, pipeline, forecasting, and CRM in Salesforce.
• Collaborate across OEM Application Engineers, Product Management, and Marketing.
