ABB Inc. is seeking an OEM Business Development Manager for Industrial Machinery to lead new business development with OEMs across ABB's Motion Drive Products portfolio.

This remote role in the United States focuses on strategic growth, account planning, and cross-functional collaboration to win new business in material handling and related machinery segments. You will identify target OEM accounts, build growth plans, and drive market penetration while traveling 50-75% to key customer sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Proven business development and sales experience in drives, motors, automation, or related industrial solutions.
• Demonstrated success hunting for new business and growing revenue in competitive OEM markets.
• Experience with ABB or comparable portfolios including VFDs, automation solutions, micro drives, PLCs, and HMIs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development and solution sales for ABB's Motion Drive Products with OEMs in industrial machinery.
• Develop and execute 1-3 year growth strategies for targeted OEM accounts and map decision-makers.
• Own account planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM execution in Salesforce.
