Merit Medical Systems, based in California, seeks an OEM Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and grow sales for medical devices on a national remote basis. You will present Merit products, identify new customers, and coordinate customized kits and pricing contracts with clients.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and the ability to travel as needed to meet clients and support sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Education and experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum three years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling medical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a sales relationship.
• High motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to explain complex information to clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing clients.
• Demonstrates Merit products and explains benefits to clients.
• Identifies potential customers and introduces Merit products.
• Prepares and submits pricing contracts to clients.
• Coordinates with marketing and sales staff to ensure timely product shipments and feedback from customers.
