Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our presence in healthcare accounts. You will establish and maintain relationships, demonstrate Merit products to clinicians, and coordinate with teams to ensure timely deliveries and feedback on product needs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with willingness to travel extensively. The role requires a minimum of three years in direct medical product sales, a Bachelor’s degree,

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum three years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling medical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.
• High degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve goals.
• Excellent oral presentation skills and quick problem analysis.
• Ability to learn medical equipment usage and improvements.
• Team-oriented with strong organization and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to travel extensively and work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present and demonstrate Merit products to clinicians and accounts.
• Identify potential customers and introduce Merit products.
• Prepare pricing contracts and submit proposals.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Trade up sales by following up to increase volume and profitability.
• Travel as needed to perform sales duties with clients.
• Participate in sales training and planning meetings.
