Merit Medical in California seeks a seasoned sales professional to grow our medical device business. You will establish new clients, maintain accounts, demonstrate Merit products, tailor drawings for custom kits, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have five years of direct medical sales experience, excellent presentation and communication skills, and a proven ability to travel extensively while working independently toward goals.

Qualifications

• Education or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of five years' direct sales experience in medical products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities by researching industry and potential partners.
• Contact partners to locate or propose business deals.
• Analyze market strategies and deal requirements to screen options.
• Develop negotiating strategies and align acquisitions with company goals.
• Close deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contracts.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing clients and present Merit products.
• Prepare customized drawings for clients needing custom kits or manifolds.
• Submit pricing contracts and follow up to optimize sales and profitability.
• Travel to meet clients and deliver product demonstrations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve products.
