Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in medical device or healthcare.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading large, multi-region sales teams.
• Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration and influence at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the U.S. sales strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative sales approaches and market expansion.
• Lead and mentor senior sales leaders across U.S. divisions to achieve goals.
• Establish clear sales objectives, quotas, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, pricing, product management, and other teams to optimize value propositions.
