Job summary

Kimball Electronics is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and establish relationships with new OEM customers in the Medical, Industrial, and Automotive markets. This remote position offers the flexibility to work anywhere in the U.S., ideally between the East Coast and the Rocky Mountains.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to understand complex customer needs. Experience in EMS and a bachelor's degree are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Industrial, Medical and/or Automotive markets in the EMS industry.
• Ability to understand customer’s new product development processes.
• Experience with medical product development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and land new prospective customers in the Medical, Industrial, and Automotive verticals.
• Attract long-term strategic customers for Kimball Electronics.
• Lead specific project or account teams through quote activity for potential new accounts.
