Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking an OEM Customer Service Sales Support representative to assist management, OEM customers and Sales Representatives.

The role includes providing technical support, relaying customer needs to Engineering and management, and generating reports on products and revenue. The position requires six years of related experience in marketing or customer service, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service.
• Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
• Very detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and reports any issues to management.
• Communicates customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives, Engineering Operations and management.
• Delivers product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
• Prepares demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
• Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
• Generates reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
