Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks an OEM Customer Service Sales Support professional who coordinates with management, OEM customers and Sales Representatives to ensure accurate orders and timely responses.

You will manage product samples, quotations, shipping documents, and customer communications across Sales, Engineering and Operations in a fast-paced medical device environment, delivering high-quality support and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service.
• Demonstrated computer skills with spreadsheets, word processing, database and other software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to resolve customer problems efficiently.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Very detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to Sales Representatives and customers and reports issues to management.
• Communicates customer needs and specifications to Sales Representatives, Engineering Operations and management.
• Delivers product samples to Sales Representatives, customers, and trade shows on request.
• Prepares demonstration bags for Sales Representatives.
• Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
• Generates reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
• Coordinates sales related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
• Generates shipping documents for domestic and foreign shipments.
• Manages complex order details and quotations with customers and Sales Representatives via email, phone, fax or other channels.
