Job summary

Copeland is hiring an OEM Account Executive for its Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. This remote US role focuses on sales to OEM refrigeration customers, developing strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships across multiple Copeland products and services.

You will drive territory growth, collaborate with internal teams, and manage opportunities in Salesforce from home or on site as needed. Expect travel up to 30% and a base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects, and services.
• Deliver and maintain territory sales for end user customers.
• Support cross‑business opportunities to increase recurring revenue.
• Participate in forecast and pipeline processes.
• Develop relations with customer sourcing, purchasing, engineering, marketing teams.
• Manage customer profiles and opportunities in Salesforce; travel up to 30%.
