Zusammenfassung

Copeland is seeking an OEM Account Executive for its Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. This fully remote role focuses on food retail refrigeration, controls, projects and software services, driving sales growth across multiple channels in collaboration with End User and Aftermarket teams.

You will manage accounts, build strategic relationships with key decision makers, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver solutions including CO2, R290, and A2L refrigerants.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or technical field and related experience.
• Experience in refrigeration sales, service, technical support, engineering, product management, or sourcing.
• Knowledge of consultative sales approaches.
• Strong communication with technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support OEM refrigeration sales strategies to lower GWP refrigerant solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers in territory.
• Identify opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects, and services.
• Deliver and maintain territory sales for end users in territory.
• Close opportunities across cross‑business products to grow recurring revenue.
• Participate in forecast and pipeline processes monthly.
• Develop relationships with supplier, purchasing, engineering, marketing teams.
• Maintain customer profiles, contacts, and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 30%.
