Job summary

Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks an OEM Account Executive for the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. This fully remote US role focuses on OEM refrigeration, projects, controls, and software services, driving growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will collaborate with End User and Aftermarket teams, manage territory accounts, and travel up to 30% as needed. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with incentives, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical field education and experience.
• Knowledge of classic sales to consultative solutions selling.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and financial decision makers.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Support strategy development and execute sales for OEM refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerant (CO2, R290, A2L) solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify and define sales growth opportunities across Copeland controls, compression projects services, and enterprise services products for customers in territory.
• Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales related to end user customers in territory.
• Travel up to 30%.
